Karma New and Used is owned and operated by David Hatch and Janinne Casey; both of whom are licensed and certified appraisers, and licensed auctioneers for the State of Minnesota.

Karma Consignments was started in Dave's garage over 25 years ago. It quickly grew too big for his garage, so he opened his first store in Rochester, Minnesota. The main building was 20,870 square feet of space located at 1800 2nd St SW. The business continued to grow and Dave expanded into three other buildings also located in the City of Rochester! For the last six years that Karma Consignments was open for business in the Rochester area, it was the largest, sole proprietor owned business of its kind in the State of Minnesota.

In 2018, Dave and Janinne closed the Rochester store
and opened Karma New and Used
in Black River Falls, Wisconsin.
